THE TOYFREIGHT COLLECTION
Friction, pull-back and powered vehicles alongside track play sets. Compare scale, included accessories, assembly and retail footprint to build a coherent vehicle assortment.
ABOUT THIS COLLECTION
This collection covers die-cast and pull-back cars, friction and press-and-go vehicles, carrier trucks, catapult launchers with mini cars, and track systems—battery train sets, magnetic rail sets, climbing-duck and race-adventure tracks, dinosaur and space-themed layouts and bath water-track sets. It complements the RC line at a simpler, younger play level.
Vehicle and track ranges are built as systems: a launch track needs matching cars, and rail layouts are bought by piece count and extension packs. Buyers usually plan a core set plus add-on SKUs rather than isolated models.
SPECIFICATION CHECKLIST
These are the variables that make two look-alike models different goods. Fix them in writing before the purchase order.
Push-along, pull-back, friction/inertia or motorised.
Die-cast versus plastic content and the scale of any mini cars.
Piece count, assembled layout size and assembly method.
Track gauge, connector shape, wheel fit and any intended compatibility with an existing system.
Battery format and inclusion for motorised tracks (often 2–3 AA).
Figurines, signs, trees and retail pack style.
COMPLIANCE BY MARKET
Check that reports cover the selected model, configuration and production site. Review material, colour, component, site and artwork changes for their compliance impact; update documents or repeat affected tests where needed. A category name does not establish compliance.
Applicable ASTM F963/EN 71 requirements, with assessed age grading and any required warnings for the actual cars and accessories.
Die-cast and chrome-finish parts are covered by lead and migration testing.
Review battery safety, electrical safety and any applicable FCC/EMC requirements for the selected circuit.
A LITTLE CLARITY
Fit depends on the exact gauge, connectors and vehicle dimensions; a similar appearance does not establish compatibility. Share the system you use and test the selected sample against it before approving an order.
Three cartons per SKU, and yes—vehicles, launchers and track sets can share a container. A core set plus accessory cars is a common mixed-order structure.
Die-cast can offer a heavier feel; plastic can reduce product weight. Compare finish, construction, unit price, carton volume and the approved age grade on the actual models. Material alone does not establish durability or toddler suitability.
Battery format, quantity and inclusion vary by model and order configuration. Confirm the motorised vehicle and any powered track components separately. If showroom demonstration batteries are needed, include them in the quotation request.
