Define the market
Sales channel, age range, budget and destination. A useful brief keeps the selection focused.
SOURCING & QUALITY
For importers, wholesalers and retail teams who need product selection, production details and order coordination to move in the same direction.

A PRACTICAL WAY FORWARD
Sales channel, age range, budget and destination. A useful brief keeps the selection focused.
Compare functions, sample quality, packaging and quantities against the same specification.
Confirm sample, artwork, testing scope and inspection criteria before the production commitment.
Bring together carton details, agreed checks, documents and forwarder handover for your order.
ORDER TERMS AT A GLANCE
Exact figures are model specific, but these are the standing terms buyers plan around.
Three export cartons per SKU. Pieces per carton vary by item and are stated per model.
Different SKUs and categories consolidate into one shipment; carton counts and windows are planned together.
Most buyers plan FCL mixed containers; LCL can be discussed with the freight effect shown.
Commonly FOB, with CIF or other Incoterms arranged; boundaries are written into the quotation.
Deposit and release milestones agreed in writing; no online payment is taken on this site.
Fixed per order by model, quantity and customisation; seasonal lines are booked ahead.
01 / UNDERSTAND THE COMMERCIAL BRIEF
A range for a regional distributor, a supermarket shelf and an online store can start with the same toy and end with different specifications. We ask about the destination, price position, quantity, age group and sales channel before building the shortlist.
Share reference images, must-have functions and the products you already sell. If the budget is fixed, tell us whether it applies to the product, retail pack or landed cost. That distinction makes a quotation much more useful.

02 / COMPARE LIKE WITH LIKE
Two products can look alike while differing in materials, motor, battery, accessories or pack size. We bring those variables into the comparison so your team can evaluate the total offer rather than a single price.
Agree the sample, colour, included items, instructions and packaging. For a mixed order, compare carton quantities, production windows and consolidation requirements together. Record the approvals before the purchase order is finalised.

03 / QUALITY & DOCUMENTATION
Our laboratory equipment supports structural-strength, material-performance, kinetic-energy and electromagnetic compatibility checks. These tools support product evaluation and the quality conversations around your order.
Destination requirements depend on product type, age grade and configuration. We can review available model-specific reports and discuss additional testing or independent inspection as part of the project. Product reports, factory management systems and social audits serve different purposes; request the documents relevant to your order.
Before production, agree the reference sample and inspection scope. Before shipment, confirm the packing and documents required by your importer and freight partners. Any issue is easier to address when the decision criteria have already been recorded.

DOCUMENT LIBRARY
Factory audits, product test reports and compliance verifications are grouped below, with complete original files available to view. The product documents cover electric water gun models identified in each file; they do not cover the entire catalogue. Check the model, applicant, dates and destination requirements with our team before ordering. The CPC template is a preparation aid, not an issued certificate.

04 / CONSOLIDATION & HANDOVER
The cost of a toy order also lives in its outer cartons. We can coordinate packing details and consolidation around the models and production schedule agreed for your order. This helps you and your forwarder review volume and collection arrangements earlier.
Ask for the packing list, dimensions, weights and agreed document set. Products with batteries, liquids or other transport considerations need a specific review with the freight provider. Shipping terms, payment milestones, insurance and responsibilities belong in the written quotation.
The name ToyFreight.com reflects movement through the sourcing process. Freight services and destination delivery are scoped separately according to the arrangement confirmed for each order.

A COMPLETE REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
The same details let us compare suppliers correctly and give you a quotation tied to one specification.
TF references or links, required quantity per item, intended age group and any functions or materials that are non-negotiable.
Sales country, sales channel and target price position—product, retail pack or landed cost—and the standards you need met.
Required delivery date, packaging or branding needs, your forwarder details if any and FCL or LCL preference.
DIFFERENT BUYERS. DIFFERENT PRIORITIES.
Build a balanced range across play categories. Discuss mixed orders, model continuity, carton economics and the documents needed by your local importing team.
Plan pack presentation, shelf footprint, assortment structure and promotional timing. Confirm artwork, barcodes and market requirements against the selected model.
Review pack dimensions, product images, brand presentation and replenishment options. Platform or fulfilment requirements should be shared at the quotation stage.
A LITTLE CLARITY
Three export cartons per SKU. There is no single catalogue-wide piece MOQ because carton counts vary with product size—small accessories may hold well over 100 pieces per carton, walkers and large outdoor items far fewer. The exact pieces per carton are given for the selected model.
Most of our buyers plan full-container-load (FCL) mixed shipments, but smaller volumes can be discussed. For less-than-container-load (LCL) orders, compare freight, handling and destination charges alongside the product cost to assess the landed cost.
Yes. Different SKUs and categories can be consolidated into one shipment. We confirm carton counts, production windows, packing list and loading together so the container is planned, not guessed.
These are agreed per order—commonly FOB, with CIF or other terms arranged where requested. Payment milestones, deposit and release conditions belong in the written quotation rather than in a general rule.
Agree the reference sample, test scope and inspection criteria before production, and the packing and document set before shipment. We can discuss independent third-party inspection as part of the project.
It depends on the model, quantity, customisation and season, so it is fixed in the quotation. Seasonal outdoor and summer lines are normally booked months ahead to protect the sales window.
Ask for available model-specific ASTM F963, CPSIA and EN 71 test results, documentation supporting CE marking, and any relevant radio or battery documents. BSCI social-audit and ISO 9001 quality-management references serve different purposes and do not certify a toy. Verify scope, validity and the legal entity against your order.
Unless stated, the price does not include destination duties, insurance, delivery beyond the agreed handover point or third-party testing commissioned specifically for your order. Check the quotation boundaries.
