When you contact us, you may provide your name, company, email, phone number, country and project details. We use that information to respond, prepare a quotation and discuss the services you request.
Enquiry handling
Submitted enquiries and email delivery records are stored for sales follow-up. Your enquiry contact details, requested products and message are also sent securely to our enquiry management system to connect requests with their source visits. Access is limited to authorised staff and service providers supporting this process. Avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.
Website storage
We measure page visits, product views, enquiry form starts and submissions, email-link clicks and WhatsApp-link clicks to understand product interest and improve follow-up. Random browser visitor and session identifiers are stored locally; sessions reset after 30 minutes of inactivity. We also process source pages, campaign tags, device and browser details, and connection IP addresses. Records pass through our website to our analytics system. We do not collect the contents of unsubmitted forms or use advertising trackers.
External services
Email links use your email application. WhatsApp links first use our own redirect service, which records the source page, language, product reference and campaign tags after returning the redirect. We do not store your message or phone number through this link. WhatsApp then opens an external service that applies its own privacy terms. We do not control those services.
