WHY WE ARE HERE
A buyer rarely needs another endless list of products. You need to know which model fits your customer, what comes in the box, whether the sample reflects production and which details could change the landed cost. That is the conversation ToyFreight.com is built to have.
Our name reflects that forward movement: from an interesting product to a considered buying decision, from an approved sample to a shipment prepared around an agreed brief. The toys matter. So do the instructions, the carton count, the label and the timing.
We serve importers building a dependable range, wholesalers balancing variety and working capital, retailers planning a shelf, and brands developing their next product. Each needs a different starting point. We bring the same discipline to understanding it.

THE PLACE THAT SHAPED OUR APPROACH
In this district of Shantou, toy manufacturing is part of the everyday landscape. Product design, mould development, plastic processing, electronics, assembly, packaging and trading sit within an established industrial ecosystem.
The Guangdong tax authority describes a toy industry that has developed over more than four decades, with a broad product mix and supporting capabilities. It also records the shift toward design, intellectual property and interactive technologies. The lesson for a buyer is practical: this is a place where product development has depth.
The manufacturing culture keeps evolving. A March 2026 report from Shantou’s Federation of Industry and Commerce describes an integrated chain from design and mould development to production and trade, alongside growing activity in original IP and interactive toys. For an international buyer, this creates a wider set of conversations: conventional product supply, a packaging refresh, a new play function or a more distinctive branded range.
Being close to that ecosystem helps make a specification a useful conversation. A change in colour touches material and production planning. A different battery changes packaging and transport questions. A larger gift box can alter freight economics. Local knowledge helps connect those decisions before they become surprises.
We turn that context into questions, comparisons and follow-through for your order. A strong industrial base creates options; careful sourcing turns the options into a commercially workable choice.
OUR COMPANY ROOTS
ToyFreight.com carries forward the company’s existing toy manufacturing and trading experience. These milestones describe our company roots, rather than the age of this new website.
Our company story begins with Bingtian Chen’s domestic toy store. Close contact with products and customers established a habit that still matters: understand how people choose and use a toy.
In 2012, we formed a dedicated foreign trade team and developed online channels to serve international buyers. Product information, communication and order follow-up became central parts of the service.
The company’s existing history records recognition in French media. Overseas feedback reinforced the value of clear product presentation and dependable communication across markets.
The company took part in a Chenghai District Government symposium for foreign trade enterprises, sharing in the development of the local export business community.
The company’s existing history records Alibaba recognition in 2017 and 2023, an Excellent Trader award from the Chenghai Toy Association in 2022, and council membership in 2024.
A focused catalogue, practical sourcing information and a brand built around getting the details right for the next order. The experience behind the work continues; the way we present it moves forward.
ROOM TO COMPARE
Our company site covers more than 8,000 square metres, with a showroom of over 2,000 square metres. The company’s sourcing network connects more than 3,000 toy factories. This gives product selection a physical setting and a manufacturing context, rather than leaving it at a product photograph.
In the showroom, buyers can examine the finish, test the function, open the package and compare alternatives side by side. For an importer, that can mean building a range with a shared price position. For a retailer, it can mean balancing footprint, shelf presence and seasonal timing. For an online seller, it can mean checking the pack dimensions and the clarity of the product story before creating a listing.
The public catalogue is a starting point with 711 current product listings. If your brief goes beyond it, send references and requirements so we can discuss a more focused sourcing search.

EVIDENCE BEFORE ASSUMPTIONS
Our company’s laboratory and testing capabilities support a more informed review of toy construction, materials and function. Mechanical strength, durability, material performance and electrical behaviour are different questions; a useful quality plan identifies which ones apply to the model.
For your project, we begin with the intended user, product configuration and sales destination. Existing reports should be checked against the exact model and material. New artwork, accessories or a component change may affect what needs to be reviewed again.
We can discuss sample approval, production checks and third-party testing where appropriate. The purpose is an agreed basis for decisions: what is being checked, against which requirement and at what stage. Ask us for the relevant documentation for your selected products.

A PRODUCT NEEDS A MARKET
A product chosen for a supermarket promotion needs a different presentation from one sold through an online product page. Our service can extend to packaging coordination, private label development and product photography support, according to the scope of your project.
We discuss the deliverables before work begins: packaging dimensions, language, artwork files, image requirements and approval points. For mixed orders, we also review carton information and the practical sequence for bringing products together.
Good cooperation leaves fewer loose ends. You know which sample was approved, which details are confirmed and which decisions still need an answer. That is the kind of confidence we want the ToyFreight.com name to carry.

WHAT WE VALUE
Useful specifications, explicit approval points and a quotation tied to an agreed product. Good communication is part of the product.
We work toward an assortment that fits your channel, customer and budget. More choice only helps when it makes the next decision easier.
The first order is a starting point. Clear model references, production feedback and reorder discussions help make the next order more considered.
A LITTLE CLARITY
Our company story began in 2005. In 2012, we formed a dedicated foreign trade team to support international buyers with product information, quotations and order coordination. The team now brings more than ten years of toy export and trading experience.
Plastic toys from the Chenghai manufacturing system, across the nine collections shown here. We do not run a general plush programme; the two soft soothers in the catalogue are electronic comfort items.
Three export cartons per SKU, with different SKUs and categories consolidated together. Most regular buyers plan full mixed containers; smaller volumes can be discussed with freight costs shown clearly.
Mainly buyers selling into North America and Latin America, alongside other export destinations. Certification, labelling and language needs are country specific, so the destination is part of every brief.
Yes. Buyers can review finish and function, open packs and compare alternatives in the Chenghai showroom, and discuss factory coordination for selected models. Visits can be arranged around a prepared shortlist.
Written and spoken communication is in English; packaging, manuals and sound products can be produced in Spanish and other languages for your market.
