COMPLIANCE SUPPORT FOR DESTINATION MARKETS

Documents matched
to the exact model.

Tell us where the goods will sell and the age group. We review the available model-specific reports and agree any additional testing before production.

United States

Applicable ASTM F963 and CPSIA requirements, with model-specific evidence. The US importer issues the CPC for imported children's toys based on the required CPSC-accepted laboratory testing.

European Union

Applicable EN 71 testing, technical documentation and declaration of conformity supporting CE marking; electrical safety and RED requirements reviewed where relevant.

Latin America

Destination-specific documentation and marking reviewed for Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia and other markets. Spanish and other packaging languages are agreed for the sales country; Brazil generally requires Portuguese.

BUYER INSIGHTS

A little knowledge.
A better next decision.

A LITTLE CLARITY

Before we get started.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Three export cartons per SKU. Pieces per carton depend on the model—small items may run well over 100 pieces per carton, bulky items fewer. Your quotation states the exact carton count for the selected products.

Can I mix different products in one order?

Yes. Different SKUs, including different categories, can be consolidated into the same container. We plan carton counts, production windows and loading together so the assortment fills the shipment sensibly.

Which markets and buyers do you work with?

We mainly supply volume buyers selling into North America and Latin America: importers and distributors, wholesalers, retail chains, online sellers and private label brands. This is a trade-only site, not retail.

Can I order samples first?

Samples for approved models can be arranged so you can check finish and function before a production commitment. Sample and courier arrangements are confirmed before they are sent.

Which compliance documents can you support?

Available model-specific ASTM F963 and CPSIA results for the US, EN 71 and CE-related documentation for the EU, plus wireless and battery documents where they apply. Reports are matched to the exact model and checked for scope.

How long does an order take?

Lead time depends on the model, quantity, customisation and season and is fixed in the quotation. Seasonal outdoor and summer lines are booked months ahead to protect the sales window.

Do you arrange shipping?

We coordinate packing, consolidation and handover with your freight arrangement. Freight terms, insurance, duties and delivery responsibilities are confirmed separately in writing.
