THE TOYFREIGHT COLLECTION

Building & Puzzles

Construction sets and puzzles with different piece counts, assembly styles and merchandising possibilities. Review sample fit, instructions and retail pack dimensions alongside the price.

ABOUT THIS COLLECTION

A system customers buy into, piece by piece.

This collection groups magnetic tiles and tile marble runs, magnetic rods, plastic brick and gear sets, motorised construction sets, drilling and screw kits, 3D wooden puzzles, sliding puzzles and maze games. Piece counts run from compact travel puzzles to 100+ piece tile sets and motorised STEM builds with remote or app control.

Construction toys are bought on system logic—customers and retailers want pieces that work with what they already own—so compatibility, magnet behaviour and build quality tend to matter more than headline price.

SPECIFICATION CHECKLIST

Confirm these details.
Then compare the price.

These are the variables that make two look-alike models different goods. Fix them in writing before the purchase order.

Piece count

Exact count and shapes, including wheels, figurines or marble-run elements.

Material

Exact plastic specification or solid-wood/composite-board construction, plus any coatings.

Magnets

Magnet retention and holding strength; test dimensions and fit against any system you intend to combine.

Motorised sets

Motor, battery format and wired, RC or app control.

Puzzles

Finished size, board thickness and whether pieces lock or slide.

Freight

Retail pack dimensions; large tile sets are volume-heavy.

COMPLIANCE BY MARKET

Documents follow
the exact model.

Check that reports cover the selected model, configuration and production site. Review material, colour, component, site and artwork changes for their compliance impact; update documents or repeat affected tests where needed. A category name does not establish compliance.

Magnets

Applicable ASTM F963 and EN 71 requirements assess magnet size, strength and whether magnets can become accessible after testing.

Wooden items

Review coating and material requirements, including lead, applicable chemical limits and any formaldehyde requirements for composite board.

Motorised sets

Review electrical safety, applicable FCC/EMC or radio requirements and transport documentation for the fitted battery.

A LITTLE CLARITY

Before we get started.

Are your magnetic tiles compatible with the leading retail brands?

Compatibility is not assumed across brands. Tile dimensions, connectors and magnet arrangements can differ. Identify the system you want to match and test a sample for fit, holding strength and play performance before approving an order.

Which magnet safety rules apply for the US market?

Applicable ASTM F963 requirements consider magnet size, magnetic strength and retention, including magnets released during testing. Request the report for the exact model and configuration.

What should I check on wooden puzzles?

Confirm solid wood or composite-board construction, edge finishing, paint and print coatings, and the applicable chemical requirements. Request model-specific evidence for any formaldehyde or other material claim.

Can piece counts or colours be customised?

Existing models ship in a fixed configuration and colour mix. A changed count, colourway or branded box is a custom project with its own MOQ; see OEM/ODM.
